At Karl Henry Personal Training we pride ourselves in being market leaders at what we do. When it comes to our bootcamps we are no different. We specialise in building bespoke bootcamps for individual clients and client groups too. From a simple getaway break, to specific training, to weight loss losing up to 15 lbs in a week, we have built camps for clients of various fitness levels with various goals.
Bootcamps are an intensive kickstart to your health, aiming to take you away from the stresses of life, helping you to focus on your health and your body for a period of time. We build each bootcamp specifically for each client’s needs. Our tailored camps will provide you with a more specific bootcamp experience than the regular group camps. We have regular locations around Ireland that we use for our camps as well as hotels and resorts in Europe.
