At Karl Henry Personal Training we are passionate about what we do, aiming to ensure that you get results that last!!No liquid diets, no expensive food substitute diets, no high protein diets, just healthy food plans and hard work, getting you into the best shape of your life! I aim to provide value and results that are second to none, as my brand is on your body!! No matter what your level of fitness or your goals, getting started follows the same pattern:
- I like to arrange a meeting to assess your fitness/nutritional background along with several other factors that will help me to plan out your training and recommend to you what it is we think you need.
- After the meeting, I then work on a plan and recommendations for you
- I will call to arrange your first session, where we will do your assessment . This consists of a fitness assessment as well as your weigh in , measurements, body fat and sometimes blood pressure if required
- Now its time to train! With packages from 1 or 2 sessions a week , we will constantly monitor your progress and keep pushing you. All the sessions are tough workouts, mixing resistance training, pilates , yoga and sometimes even boxing to get you in the best shape of your life!
