2 tablespoons low fat hummus (for how to make hummus, see lunch recipes)

1 sliced red pepper

A Ryvita spread with a teaspoon of no sugar peanut butter

A Granny Smith apple and a mandarin orange

50g of turkey breast or grilled chicken breast

A small pot of low fat Greek yoghurt with a half teaspoon of honey

10 olives – any kind

Small mixed salad made from rocket, cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, cucumber and balsamic vinegar

2 celery sticks and a handful of sugar snap peas

A pear and ten whole almonds

A Ryvita, spread with a teaspoon of hummus and sliced cucumber
