At Karl Henry Personal Training we are passionate about what we do, aiming to ensure that you get results that last from just one session per week. No liquid diets, just healthy food plans and hard work, getting you into the best shape of your life!
How does it work?
1. Book your initial consultation
This will take no longer than 30minutes and is totally FREE. You will meet with one of our trainers to discuss your goals and from there we will create a nutrition and exercise plan specifically for you and your targets.
2. Start training
Our Personal Training takes place in our exclusive gym on Pembroke St. or in your home or office. Session consists of a mixture of resistance and cardiovascular training to ensure you get best results possible. Depending on your goals, we recommend either 1 or 2 sessions per week, reducing these sessions over time as you become more self-motivated.
3. Follow our nutrition advice
We are not fans of fads or gimmicks that only work in the short term. Our trainers will teach you about nutrition that works and meal plans that last! No more yoyo dieting, just sustainable long term health.
What will it cost?
At Karl Henry Personal Training we aim to provide value for money. An individual session costs €70 and we offer discounts for blocks of ten sessions which cost €650. All costs include vat @ 13.5 % and also include access to ALL of our gym classes, an offer very few other personal training facilities provide.
In terms of home training , we can travel to your home for the sessions too. Our costs start at 650 for ten sessions and increase to 700 for ten sessions if there is extra travel time involved.
We also cater for groups of 2 or more and can create workouts to suit all your individual goals. Group sessions take place in our gym on Pembroke St. or in your office or any location that suits.
Intensive Training Block:
If you’ve left it too late to get in shape for an event then fear not! Our intensive workout package aims to get you in top shape in as little as 1 to 2 weeks. With a full nutritional plan and hard exercise routines we can get you in shape quickly and safely.
These are extremely tough yet very rewarding experiences, combining clean eating with challenging workouts daily. We work with just one client or can build a camp for your groups too, training up to 6 hours per day. Weight-loss results in the past have ranged from 7-14 lbs in just one week and come from hard work and a health diet .
Marathon / Triathlon Training:
We build packages to help get you over the line in record time, using event experts to help us put together the best training plan for you. Every year I try new sports and seek advice about them from the best coaches around the world so that you don’t have to!
