At Karl Henry Personal Training we are passionate about what we do, aiming to ensure that you get results that last from just one session per week. No liquid diets or elimination diets, just healthy food and hard work, getting you into the best shape of your life!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Book Your Initial Consultation
This will take no longer than 30 minutes and is totally FREE. We will meet, in person or via FaceTime, Zoom or Skype to discuss your goals. From there we will create a nutrition and exercise plan specifically for you and your targets to ensure that you hit them.
Our Personal Training takes place in the comfort of your own home via Zoom or Facetime or in our exclusive gym on Pembroke Street. Sessions consists of a mixture of resistance and cardiovascular training to ensure you get best results possible and are 60 minutes long. Depending on your goals, we recommend either 1 or 2 sessions per week, reducing these sessions over time as you become more self-motivated. But we can create a specific plan for you after our free initial consultation.
Follow our Nutrition Advice
We are not fans of fads or gimmicks that only work in the short term. We will teach you about nutrition that works and meal plans that last for life. No more yoyo dieting, just sustainable long term health.
What Will it Cost?
At Karl Henry Personal Training we aim to provide value for money and my fees are based on 20 years of experience. An individual session with Karl costs €100 and we offer discounts for blocks of ten sessions which cost €700.
All costs include vat @ 13.5 %.
We also cater for groups of 2 or more and can create workouts to suit all your individual goals. Group sessions take place in our gym on Pembroke Street or in your office or online.
Intensive Training Block:
If you’ve left it too late to get in shape for an event then fear not! Our intensive workout package aims to get you in top shape in as little as 2 weeks with an increased number of sessions. With a full nutritional plan and hard exercise routines we can get you in shape quickly and safely.
Weight Loss Camps:
These are extremely tough yet very rewarding experiences, combining clean eating with challenging workouts daily. We work with just one client or can build a camp for your groups too, training up to 6 hours per day. Weight-loss results in the past have ranged from 7-14lbs in just one week and come from hard work and a healthy diet.
Running Training Plans:
We build packages to help get you over the line in record time for all distances, using event experts to help us put together the best training plan for you. These are available on our online store.
